Sacha Inchi

It contains a high quantity of fatty oils (54%), proteins (33%) and it is also one of the seeds with the highest amount of Omega 3 (49%). The Sacha Inchi is higher in unsaturated fatty acids and lower in saturated fat compared to all seeds used in the production of vegetable oils such as olive, soy or sunflower.
